Silver Jewellery Warranty
Silver Jewellery Warranty
The warranty provided for our products certifies that Vega López jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver, ensuring that these pieces retain their properties over time.
Our jewellery consists of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper, a standard composition that provides both durability and brilliance. The high quality of our products is confirmed by the “925” hallmark stamped on each piece in accordance with applicable regulations, certifying the authenticity and purity of the silver used.
All our jewellery is hallmarked in accordance with applicable legislation, ensuring that each item meets the authenticity and quality standards required by the relevant regulatory authorities.
Our company is officially authorised by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and holds the legal marks required for the sale of jewellery.
This includes the specific hallmark applicable to jewellery items containing more than 2 grams of fine precious metal, in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
These legal hallmarks provide additional assurance regarding the authenticity and quality of our products. They certify that each piece in our collection has been tested, verified and complies with the applicable industry standards.
At Vega López, we are proud to offer jewellery that our customers can purchase with confidence, knowing that they are choosing durable and elegant pieces, carefully crafted and certified for quality.
2-Year Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Products sold by Vega López are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Vega López, as the seller, is liable for any lack of conformity identified within 2 years from the date of delivery, under the conditions provided by law.
The legal guarantee of conformity does not constitute insurance against any damage that may occur during this period.
Damage caused by accidents, impacts, snagging, pulling, deformation, improper use, alterations to the product, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear does not, in itself, constitute a lack of conformity.
In the event of a claim, the reported issue will be assessed taking into account the nature and condition of the product, its reasonable use, and the applicable legal conformity requirements.
Warranty Limitations
The warranty for our jewellery products does not cover normal wear and tear, oxidation, or any damage resulting from loss, theft, improper use, accidents, or negligent or intentional mishandling.
The warranty also excludes damage caused by exposure to moisture, loss or wear of plating, or cleaning of jewellery showing visible signs of wear. Failure to follow the use and care instructions provided on our website may also result in the warranty becoming invalid.
Reporting a Defective Product
If you notice a manufacturing defect upon receipt of the product, such as a faulty clasp or breakage, the product will be assessed and the defect will be repaired at no additional cost.
To benefit from this service, you must provide the warranty certificate included in the package together with the order invoice. Without these documents, the warranty will not apply.
