If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward exchange and return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
Eligibility for Exchange & Returns
In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which you take physical possession of the product.
To meet the 14-day withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to inform us of your decision to withdraw before the withdrawal period expires.
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, the products must be returned to Vega López without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
For hygiene reasons, returned earrings must be unworn, clean and undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Earrings may be inspected to the extent necessary to verify the product; however, they must not be worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.
If returned earrings show signs of wear, soiling, scratches, deformation, damage, or any other changes resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, Vega López will assess any resulting reduction in the product's value in accordance with applicable law.
These provisions do not affect the consumer's statutory rights where the product is defective or non-conforming.
Initiating an Exchange or Return
Contact our customer service team at contact@vegalopez.com to request an exchange or return authorization. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).
You may also request a refund through your customer account. To do so, log in to your account, go to your order history, select the relevant order, and choose the option to cancel the order or request a return/refund.
Exchange Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange request promptly.
You may exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original form of payment.
Return Process
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
Additional Information
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, all amounts due will be refunded in accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014.
The refund will include the cost of the initial standard delivery where required by law.
If you selected a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard delivery option offered by Vega López, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different refund method, provided that you do not incur any additional fees as a result.
Vega López may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until you provide proof that the products have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
