Eligibility for Exchange & Returns

You may initiate an exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange or return unless they arrive damaged or defective. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Contact our customer service team at to request an exchange or return authorization. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange or return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label (if applicable).

Exchange Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange request promptly. You may exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund to your original form of payment.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding any shipping charges, within 14 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
